I’m always trying to introduce more fish into my family’s diet, so I try to cook a meal including fish at least once a week. This salmon recipe is one of the easiest dishes you’ll ever make, is full of flavour and so good for you! Two ingredients, that’s all you need … salmon pieces (skin on or off, it doesn’t really matter) and Masterfoods Cajun Seasoning. This seasoning is a little on the “hot” side so sprinkle lightly or heavier if you like a bit of heat.

Simply line a baking tray with baking paper, place your salmon on the tray (skin side down), sprinkle with the Cajun Seasoning and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180C for 22 minutes. Serve with salad and, hey presto, dinner’s done! Now go put your feet up and let hubby and the kids do the dishes!
